I am self-taught and enthusiastic. My career has been punctuated by encounters with famous chefs who now recognize and admire the personal touch and signature I have brought to Moroccan cuisine- a refined cuisine which nicely blends tradition and modernity.
L’Ibzar reflects my conviction of sharing in a spirit of conviviality the riches of Moroccan culinary art with others.
